Ingredients:
- Prawns
- Coconut milk
- Lemon grass (bashed)
- Salt & sugar to taste
- 'Belimbing buloh'

Pounded ingredients:
- Shallots
- Red chilies & bird chillies (for extra hot)
- Turmeric & dried shrimp




Method:1. Heat the coconut milk and pounded ingredients , lemon grass, salt & a little bit of sugar to taste
2. When the coconut milk is simmering, add prawns
3. Add belimbing buloh, lower the heat and cook for 5-6 minutes
4. Remove and serve :-)
