Tara! my new project sudah siap :)
Door gift untuk majlis cukur jambul. Glam glam gitew...awwww! makcik hebat! muahahahaha ;)
(suker hati lar kalo i nak puji diri i sendiri)

Fenatttttt sangat buat 'menatang' ni..heheee tapi cek ikhlas dan rela hati, cuma tu lar, dok kelebek menda ni ada lar dalam 2 weeks. Tak cukup on weekend, on weekdays pun buat jugak walaupun dah fenat balik keja & gym...huhuuu sebab nak ligan target and date line...aceh! ;)

I made 2 different things;
>> potpuri (160pcs)
>> candy box (100pcs)

Materials for candy boxes. Ciput jer kos dia, tapi hasilnya macam mahai kan? ahaks! muaahahaha..roughly dalam 60cents jer per box inclusive 6pcs candies :)

Tapi effort & creativity tak ternilai lar.....hahahahhaha ^____*
Here it goes......

Pastu buat potpuri plak...
It costs about rm1.20/each aprroximately...

Nasib baik ada angel turun dari langit tolong cek lipat duit nih....naik kematu tangan nak lipat 160pcs :) Thank you angel! jangan larik taw..contract u ngan i seumur idup...hahhaha

Konsep duit singgit ni actually sebagai sedekah ikhlas dari tuan rumah :)

nampak macam senang, tapi rumit sebab nak kena combine each of the items one at a time. Bersepah bagai my living hall barang 14hari itu...sakit jugak lar biji mata ni menonton tiap kali balik keja, tapi buat2 pejam jer lah...huhuuhu

Alhamdulillah.....finally siap dengan jayanya...yeyyyy!

This is an awesome pie that you must try!!
It doesn't matter weather trying to bake or to EAT it :)

Ingredients:

450g flour
250 butter
pinch of salt
3tbs cocoa powder
4tbs cold water

Methods:
Using fingertips crumble all ingredients except water until become like breadcrumbs.
Then only add water and mix well.
Wrap with plastic and rest the dough in fridge for 30minutes.

When the dough is ready, roll and shape it in a bakingdish plate.

Make holes with fork, place ceramic baking beans or any beans to maintain the pastry shape and bake for 15minutes in the oven (200C).

Ingredients for Lemon Filling:

1 zest of lemon
lemon juice from 1 lemon
pinch of salt
200ml whip cream
3 eggs
1 cup caster sugar

Methods:

In a mixing bowl, mix well sugar & eggs 1 at a time.
Add salt, lemon juice and whip cream. Keep mixing.
Add lemon zest.
Finally pour into the baked pastry and baked for 40minutes (200C)

Awesome!

Pstttttt....my filling was so damn thin, because i spilled some during the pouring process...hahahaha ;D

clumsy me! but it still taste good!

This is a super easy dish. Less than 30 minutes preparation, 1.5hr roasting and yummy forever!

The ingredients:

1 whole chicken
Butter
Salt
Pepper
Olive oil
Garlic
Lemon
Thyme
Rosemary

1) Clean and dried up the chicken.

2) Rub with butter to get a crispy chicken skin, olive oil, salt & pepper.

3) Stuffed the chicken with slices of lemon, garlic, rosemary and thyme to get a moist and great smell of roast chicken

4) Roast at 200C for 1.5hr - 2.0hr or until chicken is set.

Crispy outside yet tender inside.

Do not discard off the chicken juice. Put in a pan, add some stock and flavour it and flour to thicken the gravy.
Pour on chicken or in a separate bowl as chicken sauce.

Grilled Vegetables

Boil potatoes & carrot until half cook.
Place on grill dish, add onion, tomatoes, salt, pepper, olive oil and chunck of butter. Pour 3-5tbsp chicken stock.  Grill 180C for 30-40 minutes.

Ready to serve with the roast chicken!

Ingredients:

450g flour
250 butter
Pinch of salt
4tbsp cold water

Methods:

1.  Using fingertips, crumble all ingredients except water until become like breadcrumbs.
2.  Then only add water and mix well.

3.  Wrap with plastic and rest  the dough in fridge for 30 minutes.

4.  Divide the dough into two. One for bottom crust and another one for top crust.
Place the roll dough on bakingdish plate and trim well the edges.

 5.  Prick the crust with a fork.

 6.  Cover with baking paper and fill with a layer of baking beans [I used Soy beans] and you will get perfect pastry case. Bake the crust 180C for 15-20 minutes.

Making the Apple filling:

- Green apples [Granny Smith]. Peeled and slice thinly. Soak in water with 1tbsp lemon juice to avoid it become brown.
- 1tsp cinnamon powder

- 1 cup brown sugar

1) Arrange the sliced apples on the crust.

2) Sprinkle with  sugar, cinnamon, salt and dot with butter
