The Ingredients:

- Carrot (sliced)
- Potato (sliced)
- Cabbage(sliced)
- Chinese dried mushroom (soak & sliced)
- Shallots & garlic (sliced)
- Bird chillies (sliced)
- Shrimp paste
- Salt & sugar to taste


Method:
  1. Heat the oil and stir fried shallots, garlic, bird chillies and shrimp paste until fragrant
  2. Add potato, salt & sugar to taste and cover the wok to soften in the steam for a few minutes
  3. Add carrot & mushrom and again cover the wok to soften the veggie
  4. Lastly add cabbage. Cook for another 2 minutes and remove the heat
  5. Serve while hot!
