Sedap nie! Tengok gambar jer dah tau meeeeeeeeeeeemang sedap! waaaWeEeEee :)
Tapi kalo cik jah yang tumis sendiri kat dapur cik jah yang vougue tu laaaaaaaaaaaagi sedap!! WeeEeeewaaaAAA :D
Biasalah di bulan puasa nie, segala macam bagai teringin nak mamam ye dak? Tengok sumer benda pun lazat tak terhingga...gulp! tapi lagi sedap kalo cik jah masak sendiri. Air tangan cik jah. bawang cik jah. cabai cik jah...ahaks!
Meh sini cek ajaq cik jah buat sambal tumis rebung..best woooo
Tapi cek tulis campur2 malay & omputih lar, sbb kadang2 term henglish tu lagi pendek & simple nak tulis *wink*
Ingredients:
◘ Rebung (kuning/putih-pilihan anda)
◘ Ikan bilis
◘ Pes Cili [homemade: cili kering rebus buang biji + belacan + asam jawa -utk hancurkan biji cili kering, masukkan titisan minyak ketika mengisar cili..chewah!]
◘ Pes Bawang [homemade: onion + garlic]
◘ Air asam jawa
◘ Garam + gula
◘ Air
Methods:
1) Tumis bawang merah + putih hingga naik bau
2) Masukkan pes bawang dan goreng 5 minit. Masukkan ikan bilis dan kacau lagi
3) Masukkan pes cili dan masak 10 minit. Add sugar at this time to get a beautiful colour of chili paste as sugar will caramelize and enhance the chili red colour :)
4) Masukkan air asam jawa (sikit saja), air dan garam . Biarkan mereneh
5) Masukkan rebung dan masak 5-8 minit dan tutup api.
Yummy!
Sambal tumis haruslah tidak terlalu cair atau banyak kuah. Biarkan sambal agak-agak melekat pada rebung sahaja...
