Always we hear people say "mac&cheese -the easiest thing to cook in the world!" huhuuuu :D
Maybe for westeners I guess *sigh*
But I'm sure Malaysian will say "It's a lot more easier cooking rice than this" hahaaaaa...
Well, whatever you do, please remember that cooking supposed to be fun & easy :) YeyyyYy!
Ingredients:
- Knob of butter
- 1 tbsp plain flour
- 300ml fresh milk
- 150g Cheddar cheese [add more if u like]
- Salt & pepper
- Macaroni
- 1 small red onion (finely diced)
Method:
1) Melt the butter in a pan and remove from heat
2) Stir in the flour with a wooden spoon until smooth.
3) Return to the heat and gradually add the milk, a little at a time. Stirring continuously. Stir until the sauce begin to thicken.
4) Remove from the heat and add the cheese. Season well with salt & pepper.
5) Meanwhile, cook pasta in boiling salted water until has a bit of bite to it. Drain and add the pasta into the cheese sauce, add onion and toss together.
