Blended Ingredients:


1/2 big onion

1 red chilli
4 bird chillies

1 stalk lemongrass
A slice of galangal
Shrimp paste

Dried shrimp
1 ts sugar

4 ts water

Sliced ingredients:


Daun Selom
1 shallot
1/2 big onion

bird chillies
Lemongrass
A slice of galangal
Tomato

Method:
  1. In a bowl, mix thoroughly finely sliced of Daun Selom with sliced & blended ingredients, salt & lime juice.
  2. It's done! Serve while chill...emmmmm
