-Chicken Livers & Gizzards (if you like)
-15 dried chilies (boiled & blended with shrimp paste & tamarind)
-1 big onion & 3 garlic (blended)

  1. Clean the chicken livers & gizzards with flour and drain
  2. Then mix with turmeric powder & salt and fry. After that, put aside
  3. Heat the oil, fry the blended onion & garlic until golden brown
  4. Add blended chillies, sugar & salt
  5. Stir thoroughly the contents an leave to simmer until dry
  6. Add fried chicken gizzards & livers and stir constantly to avoid drying out.

It's ready! This dish is ideal for sahur and it goes perfectly with plain hot rice :-)
