A simple great salad for a healthy dinner.


Ingredients:


Fresh vegetables at your choice
Olive oil
Lemon
Salt & pepper for seasoning




Method:


Add chopped vegetables. Squeeze some lemon. Add olive oil, pinch of salt and sprinkle some black pepper for seasoning.Toss few times and that's it. Ready to serve!


To be fancy, you can also add slices of hard boil eggs :-)




Tips: Remember to be well presented in preparing meals. Use suitable plates or bowls.
Play with colours if you want. Food look delicious and yummy in that way ;-)
