Kalo ada extra fresh milk dalam peti ais, nak minum malas, nearly expired atau tak tahu nak buat apa, maka sesuweilah cikjah buat pancake untuk breakfast.  Skali skala tukar lar plak dari cekodokk ke pancake kan :) Tringg!


Dry Ingredients:
1cup all purpose flour [tepung gandum pun boleh]
30g [2.5tbsp] sugar
1tsp baking powder
1tsp baking soda
pinch of salt

Wet Ingredients: [at room temperature]
1 egg - beaten lightly
40g butter [6 tbsp] - melted and cooled
1cup milk




Method:
1) Add all dry ingredients together and mix lightly.
2) Mix all wet ingredients and pour into dry ingredients in the center. Stir gently using spatula. Do not over mix.

Erkk! comott plak batter bowl kami tu. Maklumlah pagi-pagi buta dok kacau tepung...mamaiii :)



3) Pour the batter onto the hot non-stick pan. When you see bubbles form, flip the pancake gently.


Cook the other side until golden. Done!




And let's making your own blueberry sauce...urmm....yummyummmm


1) Melt some brown sugar [ikut tahap manis cikjah] with some water [jangan banyak sangat. agak-agak taw. Kita bukan nak buat gulai, nak buat sauce saja...heheee] and pinch of salt until dissolve.



2) Add in blueberries and cook until the berries start to pop. Mash a few of the berries to get the juices flowing.  Add 1tsp cornstarch  mixture  to thickened the sauce and a pinch of  cinnamon powder to enhance the flavour. Ready!
