Nak masak something yang simple tapi menjilat garpu. Hence, I decided to cook Roast Beef Spagetthi.
Al-maklumlah, stok daging korban banyak dalam peti ais tue...heheee
Excellent dish! Simple yet tasty.
Sambil basuh baju 2 rounds, vacum satu rumah and kemas store room, I marinated the beef for 30 minutes and subsequently roasted it in the oven for 50 minutes. [hahaa...saja nak tayang kat cikjah yang kami nie super efficient..EEuuwww!]
Tara! Smell good!
Fabulous chocolate trifle was left to set in the fridge since last night. It is ready at anytime! Wooohooo

Shopping tak hengatt kat Living Quarters and Laura Ashley warehouse sale!
Owh my Golddd! it was a damn super good bargain on household items by Living Quarters. Kalolah kami boleh terlepas datang ke sale macam nie selalu, alamatnya lagi 3-4 years, kami plak yang kena buat garage sale kat depan rumah kami. Banyak sangat dok beli barang, sampai tak taw nak simpan tang mana. Ahaks!
Kami memang suka and adore the Living Quarters stuff especially the kitchenware. Some of them, better than Ikea.
Jangan tak percaya, kami ulang alik to this sale twice!!
I came on Friday and Saturday...weeuuuishhh ^___^
Hahaaa....cikjah jangan tiru macam kami okay. Jangan mudah terpengaruh....huhuuu
Sudah lama jugak kami tak sopping-sopping beli baju. Dalam 2 months ada kot. Sejak balik dari Bali ari tu, mood nak shopping hilang entah ke mana. Nak jenjalan ke shopping mall pun rasa tak lalu [kononnn]. Maka, terubat rindu bila Laura Ashley ada sale. Kalo tak dak sale, tak koserr lar kami nak membazir duit beli baju mahai-mahai lagu nie. A pair of vest sampai RM500! mahaiiii nya! But with a generous discount, maka it's mine now....lala..lalalaaaa. Some of the items marked down till 80%. Aiyohh! drooling...slurpp!
And some with Best Buy.
Not really cheap but worth to buy :)
Abes warehouse sale, I headed to Zara boutique plak.
Memang cari nahas lar datang sini bila winter collection is at the corner. Walopun, kat Malaysia ni takdak winter, tapi kami nie penggemar knitted clothes :)
Maybe sebab kami frust pegi Zara warehouse sale at PJ on Thursday after work ari tu kot, sebab baju-baju yang di-sale-kan sumernya tak best dan masyaAllah! ramainya orang macam semut. Dah lar panas pastu kena Q panjang berlingkar-lingkar untuk bayar. I left the Zara sale with nothing! Seriously with nothing!!

Cuti! hoyyeee ! :D
Don't take it leisurely okay. I went to gym yo! Managed to joint the RPM Challenge Class at 9.45am.
Cuma, a bit funny to be at the gym on weekday morning. Ramai aunties yo! hahaaa
Stay at Home Moms yang lepas antar anak pegi sekolah terus datang gym. Work out ala kadar, pastu chit chat then off pegi amik anak balik sekolah plak. Ada yang siap bawak bekal & potluck during lunch time pun ada. Gamaknya anak depa sekolah petang kot...heheee
My RPM class pun tak best sangat. The work out was excellent cuma the participants tu yang tak umpph! Sebab ramai aunties, class bising macam pasar malam!
After RPM, I spent quite some time doing TRX. Self-training and I figured that I am getting better with this suspension training work out...EEuuwww!
I've improvised my techniques on plank and pendulum crunch yo!
After fantastic steam bath & good hot shower, I left the gym at 1pm. Awesome! I felt super damn good after work out.
