This is tremendously a bloodsucker. Boleh tak cikjah bayangkan kami telepon the one and only Air Asia's customer call centre which they claimed as the premium customer service line 600-85-9999 for 1hour 18minutes and it cost me RM152! Unbelievable!!
Masalahnya bukan kami sukarela nak bergayut tepon sampai 1jam 18minit itu! I wasn't have a choice.
Sekarang nie style depa letak jer perkataan premium kat mana-mana yang depa suka pastu boleh lar caj harga premium jugak, tapi service macam jamban! [erkkk! please forgive my language. It means I'm so marahh okay...astagfirullahala'zimmm]
Oleh kerana Air Asia claimed their customer service line is a premium call centre maka sudah tentu tidak salah untuk caj kadar panggilan sebanyak is RM1.95/minit. Kadar panggilan itu memang tidak salah tapi setimpalkah dengan khidmat yang diberi???
Exactly first 1 minute you will be given a stupid advertisement. Maka ting! RM1.95 is gone! bye-bye... Lepas tu selamat menunggu hingga cikjah dilayan. Sila jangan merungut kerana AA's customer service agents [CSA] memang efficient hinggakan tak terjawab panggilan yang masuk. Sila bawak bersabar kerana now everyone can fly but not everyone can get through the line!
Paling tragis, tengah bercakap dengan CSA . explain cenggitu cenggini bagai nak rak, in between CSA suruh tunggu sebab dia nak check itu nak check ini...tup-tup line putus! hareeemmm..........
Call lagi skali, tunggu lagi to get through the line sambil berdoa 'tolonglah jawab panggilan saya'.
Dapat! tapi CSA lain plak yang attend. To make it easy I asked for the same CSA whom attended me earlier and the CSA said "sorry mem, we don't have Raj here. I don't know Raj" FCUK!
Well nevermind, benda simple. Kami explained citer cenggitu cenggini bagai nak rak and in between CSA tu suruh tunggu sebab dia nak check itu nak check ini....tup-tup after 15minit di talian dia bilang "our system is down at the moment mem, we can't proceed with your request" FCUK! Duit aku RM29 was gone! bye-bye. He promised to call me back once their system is ok but never did!
Dan pada masa yang sama Mr Bos dok keep calling tanya status flight dia. Astagfirullahall'azimmm.
Dah lar kami tengah cuti masa tu. Nak pi holiday lagi. Because of this stupid matter, baju & barang-barang holiday blum berkemas...grrrrrr
While I was online with premium line, of course Mr Bos can't get through my line and he text me "Please answer my call" adehhhh...pedihh berapi dan berasap telinga kami. Mata dah nak jadi hijau dah. Sket lagi baju nak terkoyak. You ingat I suka-suka ker nak gayut dengan this sweet premium line till I can't answer your call baby?
A few series of calling AA premium customer service line berlalu dan begitu jugaklah dengan duit kami, berlalu..........
Paling dahsyat, kami dapat bercakap dengan sorang CSA nie, mati-mati he denied and said my request can't be done. "Ridiculous" I told him. Sebab I've done for the going flight and now I would like to do for the return flight. Mula lar CSA tu gabra. Suruh kami tunggu lama giles sebab dia nak check itu nak check ini. Ended up boleh pun!

Lepas tu plak, budak CSA tu kata "ok mem, can be done but you need to pay" WTH! I've done for the going flight tak kena bayar apa2 pun kenapa for return flight I nak kena bayar plak. Budak tu gabra lagi. Suruh kami tunggu lama giless lagi sebab dia nak check itu nak check ini....haishhhhhh!!!
