Kalo yang blum, ketahui-lah that our body needs regular workout. Kesian kat badan kita, sudah lar berkhidmat seumur hidup, tapi kita buat tak kisah saja kat dia. Macam tak penting. Pastu ada hati buat-buat baik dengan badan sebab nak minta badan jadi kurus. Kita sogok badan dengan krim dan ubat kurus. Cisss! suatu penghinaan betul.

Wake up cikjah! Please contemplate workout routine into your lifestyle as it is equally important as healthy and balance eating.



Sedar tak sedar, dah sembilan tahun I've been working out at gym and it's officially a year of myself  practising yoga [and counting]. Walopun setahun jagung, but I am really proud of myself. Looking forward to improve day by day - inshaAllah. Generally, kami practise yoga 4-5 hours a week. 3 hours high intensity cardio cycling and 1-2 hours weight training.



My headstand pun semakin baik dan santek. Aiceh!

I learnt a few other variations of doing a headstand. Sangat mencabar, tapi as always, practise makes perfect.




My first trial and I did it! Yeyy!




...and gymnastic rings are my favourite! Terkini, I've conquered the monkey bar. Yeyy!
Cikjah perasan monkey bar kat belakang tu? Ahaa! I nailed that too. Nanti-nanti kalo ada photo kami share okay. Mesti amik punya for my personal collection. Usually kami suka amik video sebab from there kami bleh blajar di mana kesilapan kami dan cuba baiki.


Lepas berhempas pulas dok pulaih badan, kami belanja badan with a good spa. Owhhhh! splendid!
