Ingredients:
Petola
Dried mushroom (soaked)
Dried mushroom (soaked)
Young corn
Garlic + shallot + bird chilies
Oyster sauce + soy sauce
Corn flour (mix with water)
Salt & sugar
Method:
- Stir fried shallot, garlic & bird chilies till fragrant
- Add petola, mushroom & young corn
- Add oyster sauce, soy sauce, salt, sugar and mix well
- Put the lid on and let the veggies cook in steam for 5minutes
- Then, thicken the gravy with cornflour mixed with plain water and serve immediately
- Garnish as you like :-)
