Dried mushroom (soaked)
Young corn
Garlic + shallot + bird chilies
Oyster sauce + soy sauce
Corn flour (mix with water)
Salt & sugar


  1. Stir fried shallot, garlic & bird chilies till fragrant
  2. Add petola, mushroom & young corn
  3. Add oyster sauce, soy sauce, salt, sugar and mix well
  4. Put the lid on and let the veggies cook in steam for 5minutes
  5. Then, thicken the gravy with cornflour mixed with plain water and serve immediately
  6. Garnish as you like :-)
