Dah makan? Alhamdulillah kenyang. Masak sendiri ker beli kat kedai? Heheee...

Malam nie kami dinner ini saja. Grilled ikan kembong with roasted masala eggplant and blanched broccoli served with ayaq asam. Fuh! Macam fusion sket. Timur dan barat bergabung.
Tak perlu nasi okay. Macam nie pun dah kenyang. Lazat sudah tentu. Aiceh!


Roasted masala eggplant

Ingredients:

Eggplant [sliced 1cm thick]
Salt
Turmeric powder
Pepper
Garam masala
Olive oil

Method:

1. Coated the sliced eggplant with all the ingredients and leave to rest for 10-15 minutes.
2. Cook the eggplant in a preheat grill pan until brown, 6 to 8 minutes each side. Done.
