Getaway to Koh Samui; story of the Resort and the Beach ~ As Life Goes On...

Aloha!
After putting a lot of works and complimentary 200% efforts on this trip finally with 4inches wedges, 2 big luggage, a few cans of tuna, a loaf of bread and various of tidbits for snack chek menjejakkan kaki ke Koh Samui. Alhamdulillah.....

Welcome to a 4-star Kandaburi Resort & Spa located at Chaweng North of Koh Samui.
Nice hotel as per rated. It has 2 types of rooms, Standard and Premium. Of course lar pilih Premium...ahaks! Sebab kalo standard, slightly far kena lintas jalan kalo nak ke beach.

Premium rooms direct to the beach. The restaurant has a stuning view overlooking the beach.

Upon arrival, I was served with cold towel and roselle juice.

Tara!!! [cantik plak gambar chek amik guna digicam nie] my room is at the top floor. Errkk....it is a 3 storey building with no lift o.O

Tidak semena-mena tanpa request I was upgraded to a family suite room. What??!!
Memang lar suker~gedixx tapi chek tak request pun. Lagipun chek bukannya datang dengan family...awww
Chek tanya kenapa I was upgraded, reception jawab, dah takder bilik. So, yang nie jar tinggal.
Aiceh! Orang dah offer, chek terima jer lar...huahuahuaaaaaa
Sedikit terubat sakit di hati. Inilah rejeki agaknya, kalo kita bekerja dengan ikhlas, buat sesuatu dengan ikhlas, insyaallah ada kebaikkan yang akan di balas tanpa perlu meminta-minta. Alhamdulillah.

In-room safe box. Penting ni especially kalo travel oversea.
Penangan hebat for me had a room without in-room safe box while at Aryani, Terengganu.
Baru sampai, letak barang & beg dalam bilik, kluar sekejap tengok2 beach. Tinggal purse dalam drawer. Balik bilik, bila nak kluarkan duit dari purse, kira punya kira RM200 sudah hilang! aiyoo!!! Sedangkan bilik dikunci, yang datang masuk bilik cuma hotel staff antar welcome fruit jer....huh! tak nak tuduh-tuduh & bising-bising, chek diam jar lah. Itu antara pencuri itu dengan Allah yang Maha Adil.

Step out towards the balcony jer dah bau wangi semerbak. Kebetulan sekarang nie tengah musim frangipani berkembang. Wangi sangat!

Tak sempat nak jemur-jemur pun kat balcony, hangat lit-lit!

Maybe u guys will call me dork...awwww! because during the 4days 3nights I didn't use/request/call room housekeeping at all!
Amazing huh! Totally NO. I guessed I was too worried and skeptical because the room is too big. I left my clothes, accessories, expensive beauty products & make up and small tiny items here and there, and afraid I may not reliaze if any of those went missing....hahahaaaa

But my room was in pretty damn good condition during the stay. In fact, I left the room clean and tidy on the final day. I even made up the bed nicely okay. Kiranya untung badan lar housekeeper yang kemas bilik chek nanti. Tak banyak kerja...heheheee

The towels provided enough for 4 days without need to exchange.

Spacious

First night, after seafood dinner yang lazat itu, jenjalan sekejap kat beach.
Siang tak sempat nak pusing-pusing resort and jenjalan kat beach sebab my flight delayed at Skypark for 1 hour and another 20minutes on the plane on runway sebab giving clearance to other planes to land & take off...huh!
Reach koh samui dah 4pm. Tunggu immigration clearance pun lambat. 2 counter jer buka. Maklumlah airport kecik jar. Sampai hotel and finished the check-in dah pukul 5pm. 6.30pm nak kluar dinner pulak.....

First imppresion....wow!!! santeknya!

There were varities of breakfast selection. Noodle soup, rice porridge, fried mee, grilled chicken, sosej and segala makk nenekk. Cuma tak lalu nak makan ler...sebab tak halal...erkkk

Beach at Chaweng North is slightly flat and shallow. During low tide, swimming may not possible. Have to walk at least 300m ahead to the deeper area. Moreover this is consider low season. July till September is the best season with a lot of European...Bleh ler cuci mata O.O

Pendek kata, kalo cikjah tanya chek best ker cantik ker tak? I'll say "Perhentian is way much better than this" Kalo plak cik jah tanya Perhentian best ker? I'll say "Perhentian is way much better than Redang"

Hakikatnya pulau-pulau di negara kita especially at east coast lagi mengancam!!! heheheeee
