This is my favourite spaghetti. Sebenarnya nak share recipe ni pun tak tau nak tulis macam mana, sebab ini adalah my recipe suka hati riang ria janji sedap.
Akan tetapi, benda sedap-sedap nie, kena lar share-share kan :) so, cek gagahi dan try to simplified the ingredients. Seriously, I don't have specific amount of ingredients. A good cook [aceh!] knows how much and how many ingredients she should use *WINK!* kalo orang melayu cakap "alah, masak campak-campak jer" whewww! :)
::mental note:: The measurement of ingredients are approx. for 3paxs serving
Ingredients:
Beef
Spaghetti [ I used 1/4 of the packet]
1 bell peppers [Yellow or red]
2 tomatoes
2 garlic [minced]
1 yellow onion
*few sprigs of thyme [preferably fresh]
*few sprigs of oregano [preferably fresh]
*few sprigs of rosemary [preferably fresh]
*1tsp thai chili sauce
*dash of chicken/beef stock powder
*dash of paprika powder
*Pepper
*Salt
*2 tbsp olive oil
Basil leaves
Butter
Method:
1] Boil spaghetti in salted water until have a litle bit of bite. Put aside. ::mental note:: always keep the boiling water to use later
2] Marinade beef with *ingredients. If you have time, leave the beef to marinade at least 30minutes. I'm in a hurry tho :P
3] Add sliced bell peppers, onion, tomatoes & minced garlic and toss with *ingredients except thai chili sauce. Place the beef on top of veggies and scatter over the butter chuncks. Roast for 30-40minutes 180C
4] In a wok, pour all the the roasted veggies in and keep the roasted beef aside. Add spaghetti & basil leaves and toss together for 2-3 minutes. Turn off heat. ::mental note::If the mixture is too dry, add a lil bit of pasta water.
5] Serve with thinly sliced roasted beef. Wallaah!
