Amboi! cikjah....hebat! pulun sakan aihhh depa.
Mestilah. Kami kan adrenaline junkie...heheee. Kalo tak workout badan rasa semacam, berat dan malas. Adalah satu nikmat bila badan dapat berpeluh. Rasa best tak terkata-kata. 
Dah jadi routine on every Monday kami wajib pi gym dan  pulun kayuh sakan in RPM class. Kayuh laju kot-kot basikal sampai depan kat instructor ensem tue....hahaaaa [it never happened okay...lol]

Tapi, ada syaitonn dan bisik-bisik kat telinga kami "alah...tak payah lar pi gym....macam malas jar. Baik balik rumah terus"......Toink!
Kami termakan pujukan syaitonn.....adeh.....tapi sampai rumah, kami tebus kesalahan itu dengan pegi taman buat TRX workout. Hoyyeeee!!!

Hebat! tak sangka ramai jugak orang dok jogging kat taman. Maklumlah lepas kerja and it was Monday. Secara tak langsung, ramai jugak joggers yang dok jeling-jeling dan melihat kebingungan dengan aksi dan gaya TRX workout kami. Hinggakan ada seorang bro nie dari berdiri dah mencangkung dok perati kami dari jauh. Kami ingatkan dia nak lepaskan lelah penat berlari. Tapi dah 5 minit dia dok perati kami. Kami tengok kat dia,  kami senyum sikit. Pastu terus bro tu mai kat kami and 
he said:  "how long u been doing this? Is it good? u don't mind I'm watching u for a while?"
Me: Erkkkk! [can I say no?] heheee


It was Tuesday. My rest day. Supposed to be no workout or what so ever. After work, terus balik rumah. Tapi bila sampai rumah, membuak-buak perasaan ingin berlari-lari datang. Tudia aihhh!!! Hebat!  It was 6.20pm. Cepat-cepat kami salin baju and went for evening run. Dapat lar 3km. Okay lar tu. Fuhhh!!!


Ingat cikjah, kalo cikjah dah sign up jadi member at any fitness club, jangan hangat-hangat pupu ayam jar, mesti komited. Tak pa kalo tak datang selalu. Tapi mesti cuba datang once a week. Lepas tu dah lama-lama jadikan twice a week and so on setakat mampu. Yang penting datang and feel the adrenaline pumping in your body. Awesome!

It was yesterday, Wednesday. Super crazy. I joined 1hour  RPM Challenge Class. OMG!!! It was 9 song tracks instead of 7. I did pretty awesome.  I survived beautifully....heheeee. Right after RPM, I joined the 1hour special class of TRX. It was only 10 minutes break in between those two classes. Goshhhh!
In this special class the instructor divided us into 4 groups. Group 1 buat TRX,  Group 2 buat Viper, Group 3 buat Bosu and Group 4 buat Kettlebell. After 1 minute session,  we rotated the workouts. It was fun!  Again I survived beautifully!  heheee
It was tremendously a great two workout sessions for me. Whhewww!!!

Well, hari nie is Thursday and will be no workout. It's definitely a resting day for my muscles.
Friday? uurmmmmm....kalo tak busy memasak and [and makan],  insyaAllah morning run or evening run.   Jom cikjah!  :)
