I dislike breakfast. I don't really like eating early in the morning. Perhaps this is due to my hostel's life many years back...huhuhuuu

Kalo cikjah pernah duduk hostel, mesti paham kannn... 

Kami start masuk boarding school since Form 1 sampei Form 5. Abes secondary school, further study, duduk hostel lagi...adehhh

Kalo duduk hostel nie means that waktu tidor itu adalah amat berharga !!!
Maka, kalo skip breakfast, dapat lar tidoq leeeebih sket....hahahaaaaaa. Mungkin sebab itu lar kami tak baper suka breakfast. Kalo breakfast pun, maybe pukul 10am onwards. Ditambah pulak, breakfast kat hostel tu tak sedapp...aiceh!  kalo mee goreng, kueteow goreng...uiiiii minyak sakan! kalo menu nasi lemak, baru dining room penuh 




Tapi , bila dah besar-besar nie, kena lar sarapan. Takut satgi, bos jerkah kar, ada lar energy nak jerkah bos balik...hahahaaaa. Tapi kadang-kadng skip jugak. Kalo roh rajin, sempat jugak kami buat breakfast kat rumah. Lebih sihat dan dah tentu lazat! 


Skali skala kami makan jugak nasi lemak, tapi hanya kala tahap mengidam melampau. Maybe once a month atau kadang-kadang 2 bulan tak makan nasi lemak. Cara nak elak breakfast nasi lemak nie mudah saja. Sebelum tidur kami mesti tell myself [especially after workout classes] "esok nak beli nasi lemak lah...urmmm...sedapnya!" dan tidoqqq ZZZzzzz
Esok pagi, lalu depan gerai nasi lemak, pandang pun tidak. Terus rasa kenyang. It works cikjah!

Honey-glazed carrot  +  broccoli  +  cherry tomatoes  +  beef bacon  +  cheezy toast


Lettuce  +  Cherry tomatoes topped with cheese and thousand island



Honey-glazed banana + scrambled eggs  +  beans  +  toast


Scrambled eggs + blanched veggies


Scrambled eggs with cerry tomatoes


Blanched asparagus with hard boil eggs


Scrambled eggs + baby carrots + cherry tomatoes

Scrambled eggs  with pan seared cherry tomatoes and black raisins topped with smoked cheese


Mediterranean salad.
Sweet and juicy cherry tomatoes with refreshing oranges sweetened with black raisin in olive oil dressing


A bowl of baby carrot , tomatoes, celery and japanese cucumber


so baby breakfast ---- Rice porridge with anchovies and carrot


A bowl of Red dragon fruit


Beef salami sandwich
