For the first time I'm cooking the beef steak :)
It's been so many months after I've got myself my first cast iron griddle pan, and it's been sitting in my kitchen drawer for nothing :P heheeheee

The ingredients

Char-grilled asparagus & tomatoes.
Put the asparagus & tomatoes in a plate and pour 1 tablespoon of the oil over each. Scatter the pepper over each side & a little salt over the asparagus. Grill for 5-10 minutes.

Caramelized onions with butter, olive oil, salt, pepper & honey. Cook under slow heat until sweat & translucent.

Caramelized red cabbage with salt, pepper & chicken stock.
