Another pasta recipe to share with you all :)
Simple & less hassle meal TAPI............Hoyyyyeee! ^___________^

Best to use spaghetti.
Cooking tips: Cook in boiling salted water with few drops of oil for 10mins or until it is cooked but still has a bit of bite to it.

Remove from the heat and soak in tap water to stop the cooking process. Drain.
Cooking tips: Always keep a tiny amount of cooking water to use later

Place the tomatoes in a tray with salt & pepper, knob of butter, thyme, flat-leaf parsley, rosemary & olive oil. Toss well and roasted in oven for 20minutes
Cooking tips: It's ok if u don't have fresh herbs, it always can be replaced with dried herbs

After 20minutes, take out and add prawn & onion. Continue roasting for another 15minutes
Cooking tips: At this point, be creative, add a tiny amount of oyster sauce to enhance the flavour or even bird chilies for hot flavour! :) (typical malaysian...hihihi)

Heat the olive oil, add garlic and cook until fragrant. Add the roasted ingredients and cook over a low heat for 5 minutes. Season with salt & pepper. *fuhhh! siap ada smoke effect aaaa :P
Cooking tips: if too dry, add some pasta cooking water that you keep earlier :)

Add the pasta & toss together. Cook for 2minutes. Some basil would be perfect!

Cooking tips: Pasta will be more delicious with some runny gravy on it :)
