Actually, this is my first time cooking curry mee :-)
i don't really like it actually hihiii... It kinds of (too) heavy meal for me.
Mee + coconut milk! for dinner? after 8pm? OMG! ;-P

Try to avoid carbs if possible :-P (but, certainly can't resist! purut malay lar katakan) ohhh yay..yaaa. Not only carbs...it's a package! with fAt toooooo :-)

But, it left me with no choice! rasa nak makan curry mee dah kat tekak sesangat dah! takmo restoren punyer...self cook...urrrmmm nak kena masak jugak...eventhough i just got home from work. Semangat mee curry cik jah oiii!


Ingredients:

  • Garlic + shallot -sliced
  • Lemon grass -bashed
  • Garlic + shallot + ginger + galangal + turmeric + lemon grass -blended
  • Curry Powder
  • Curry leaves
  • Chili paste
  • Coconut milk
  • Tofu puffs
  • Fish cake
  • Prawn
  • Chicken
  • Cockle (boiled & shelled)

Method:

  1. Stir fry sliced shallot, garlic, curry leaves & bashed lemongrass till fragrant
  2. Add blended ingredients, curry powder & chili paste. Cook for few minutes
  3. Add in chicken pieces and mixed well for 1-2 minutes
  4. Add coconut milk and salt & sugar to taste
  5. Finally, add prawn, cockle, fish cake & tofu puffs
  6. Simmer over low heat
