Chili Crab
Ingredients:

Yesterday iftar at home with these 2 awesome dishes. Of course awesome...home cook lah :-)

Ingredients:
- 2 fresh flower crabs ( 1 got 2 giant crabs)
- Cooking oil
- Shallot + garlic (finely chopped)
- 1cm ginger
- 1cm galangal
- 1 onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 4 red chilies
- 4 bird chilies
- 1 stalk lemon grass
- 1 inch shrimp paste
Method:
- Clean the crab and fry until the shell just turns red. Put aside
- Add the remaining oil to the wok and fry the shallot & garlic until fragrant.
- Add blended ingredients, salt & sugar to taste and cook over medium heat and stirring regularly until almost dry.
- Return the crab to the wok and simmer, turning carefully in the sauce for few minutes
- Add some basil for aromatic flavour and serve!
Fu Chook Chili Padi
- Dried Fu Chook (soaked until soft)
- Spring onion
- Bird chilies (finely sliced)
- 1 slice of ginger (finely sliced)
- Shallot + garlic (finely sliced)
- Oyster sauce
- Dark sweet soy sauce
- Light soy sauce
- cornstarch
- Salt + sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- Fry the shallot + garlic + ginger + bird chilies until fragrant
- Add oyster sauce + dark sweet soy sauce + light soy sauce + water
- Add salt + sugar to taste and simmer for 2 minutes
- Add fu chook and cover the lid for 5minutes
- Add spring onion and cook for 1 minutes
- Finally, thickened the gravy by adding cornstarch mixture
- Done. marvellous!!!

Fu chook chili padi dish is inspired from my fav menu @ Mum's Place. Rasa dah sama. exactly!

Hari ni teringin nak makan fried tanghoon @ uptown, nak makan sotong kangkung, tauhu bakar bla..blaaa...insyaallah. Ini mesti kes lapar nih, citer pasai makan jer...(tak baik tau!) worrait stop talking about food!
As i told u before, once u joint RPM, i bet sure addicted punyer. But so far, I've never joint any of challenge class lagi...kalo challenge class ada 9songs track (usual is 7). Lagi extreme tak hingat dunhia. Tapi kalo first timer jangan plak gatai2 nak pi masuk challenge class - alamatnyer sure insaf takmo masuk RPM lagi...hahahahaha
Syok juga pi gym ni, ada orang yang macam2. Tapi paling best kalo lepak tengok group exercise buat body attack kar, body step kar or etc...klakar...ketawa terbahak1000x tengok depa hat yang tak reti nak follow step instructor. cikgu pusing kanan, dia pusing kiri, cikgu lompat depan, dia lompat blakang...yang keras macam tiang pun ada ;-D
