Alhamdulillah. My workout routine berjalan lancar saban minggu. Bersemangat betul! Rasa bersalah sangat kalo kami escape atau cuba escape the workout routine. Terasa seperti menipu diri sendiri. Tudia! punyalah komited sampai begitu skali ko Jah!...heheee
Pesepa kami kata 'tipu'? Sebab, ramai yang sign up for gym membership tapi tak pi gym. Ramai yang semangat membara untuk sebulan dua jar, lepas tu semangat terbakar menjadi debu.....hahaa
Workout nie tak payah lah hari-hari nak kena datang gym, atau hari-hari nak pergi running, atau hari-hari nak senamrobik sebab kami dan cikjah bukan atlit negara atau abang badan ketakk...hahaa
Seminggu 3 - 4 kali sudah memadai. Tapi every workout counts. Jangan lar satu jam tu dok lari-lari anak kuda atas treadmill stakat burning 150 kalori jar. Tak aci lar lagu tu. Make that 1 hour as a solid workout hour. Chewah!
Secara statistik, kalo cikjah skip workout for two weeks continuously, body endurance level akan turun sebanyak 20%. Sebab tu bagi yang adrenaline junkies like me akan rasa lemah badan, tak bermaya dan kurang aktif.
Kurus atau tidak, itu bukan persoalannya bagi kami. Yang penting lean muscle, fit and strong body endurance. A bombshell body? That is a bonus! hahaa...
There was one time I was doing TRX at the club with a few other members at TRX area. Came a guy and said to me,
"hey! I saw yours one is the most effective. You are doing great with the strap. You work it out creatively".
Chewah!! Thanks! and believe me he wasn't courting okay....hahaaa
A handsome fitness instructors? Yes! I think that help me a lot too...not to say I am flirting around...Eeuwww! but they motivate me to workout super damn harder! I mean seriously harder....especially in my RPM class...heheee
